नीता अंबानी का जन्म 1 नवम्बर 1964 को मुंबई के एक मध्यम-वर्गीय परिवार में हुआ था। उनके पिता बिडला की एक कंपनी में उच्चाधिकारी थे। नीता को भारतीय क्लासिकल डांस में शुरू से ही काफी रूचि थी और वे इस में ही अपना कैरियर बनाना चाहती थी जब कि उन की मां उन्हे एक चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट बनाना चाहती थीं। उनकी उच्च शिक्षा मुंबई के प्रसिद्ध नरसी मोंजी कॉलेज ऑफ कॉमर्स और इकॉनामिक्स से हुई है नीता प्रशिक्षित भरतनाट्यम नृत्यांगना हैं। कॉलेज के दिनों में वह स्टेज परफॉरमेंस भी दिया करती थीं। आज भी वे प्रतिदिन डांस का अभ्यास जरूर करती हैं।
Nita Ambani was born on 1 November 1964 in a middle-class family in Mumbai. His father was a high official in a company of Birla. Neeta was very interested in Indian classical dance from the beginning and wanted to make a career in it while her mother wanted her to become a chartered accountant. She did her higher education from the famous Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai. Neeta is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer. She also used to give stage performances during college days. Even today, she practices dance every day.
